TexArrest continues expanding statewide coverage while implementing platform policy updates and preparing for the upcoming iOS application release. Several indexing additions, backend refinements, and workflow improvements are now active.
📂 County Expansion — Tarrant & Brazoria Added to Automated Indexing
TexArrest has added Tarrant County and Brazoria County to its automated public record collection systems.
These counties are now:
• Included in scheduled automated collection cycles
• Processed into the TexArrest public record database
• Published alongside other supported jurisdictions
• Monitored for ingestion stability and data consistency
TexArrest publishes arrest and booking records obtained from publicly available government sources. Records reflect historical booking events as they existed at the time of collection.
👍 Facebook Growth Milestone
TexArrest’s official Facebook page has reached 500 followers.

⚖️ Platform Policy Update — Paid Services Discontinued
TexArrest has discontinued all paid services.
The platform does not charge for:
• Access to public arrest records
• Structured case status annotations
• Record review submissions
• Any form of removal eligibility
TexArrest does not offer pay-for-removal services and does not condition publication decisions on payment.
Public arrest records remain searchable and accessible without subscription or access fees.
🧾 Free Structured Case Status Annotations — Now Live
TexArrest has implemented a structured, moderated annotation system.
Individuals identified in a record may submit a predefined case status selection for review. If approved, the annotation is displayed separately from the underlying booking record as:
“User-Submitted Case Status (Not Verified by TexArrest)”
Important clarifications:
• Annotations do not alter or modify the original booking record
• Annotations are user-submitted statements
• TexArrest does not independently verify free annotations
• Annotations do not affect search indexing or record visibility
• Removal of a record requires a qualifying court order
TexArrest does not remove arrest records absent a qualifying court order, regardless of case outcome.
This structure allows contextual transparency while preserving the integrity of the historical public record.
🧩 Workflow Update — Submission Systems Separated
TexArrest has separated its submission workflows into two independent systems:
• Court Order Processing (Expunction / Sealing Review)
• Structured Annotation Review
This separation allows:
• Clear routing of legally mandated removal documentation
• Independent moderation of user-submitted annotations
• Improved compliance tracking
• Reduced administrative overlap
Court-ordered expunctions and sealing directives are reviewed in accordance with applicable law. Structured annotations remain separate from legal removal determinations.
📱 iOS Application — Deployment Preparation Underway
The TexArrest iOS application build is complete and undergoing final deployment preparation.
Upon release, the application will provide:
• Access to publicly available TexArrest records
• County-based browsing
• Mobile-optimized record viewing
• Streamlined navigation of indexed public booking data
Launch timing will be announced separately.
📈 Ongoing Priorities
• Expand jurisdiction coverage
• Monitor indexing stability
• Refine ingestion automation
• Maintain structured moderation standards
• Preserve free public access to searchable arrest records
TexArrest continues operating as a public record information platform focused on lawful publication, structured transparency, and compliance with applicable public records law.
Additional updates will be posted as development continues.
