TexArrest indexes and displays publicly available government records for searchability and informational purposes. All records published on TexArrest reflect historical arrest and booking events only and do not indicate guilt, conviction, or current legal status. TexArrest does not publish or guarantee case outcomes, disposition status, prosecutorial decisions, or subsequent court developments as part of the underlying booking record.
Structured case status annotations may be submitted by individuals and, if approved, are displayed as clearly labeled “User-Submitted Case Status (Not Verified by TexArrest)” updates. These annotations do not alter the original booking record and are not independently verified by TexArrest. Information is sourced from official county and law enforcement booking records as they existed at the time of collection and publication. Subsequent changes to a case — including dismissal, reduction, deferred adjudication, or other disposition — do not retroactively alter the historical booking record.
TexArrest does not create, originate, alter, or independently verify criminal records. The platform organizes and presents public data in substantially the same form as released by the originating agency. TexArrest uses automated systems to collect and organize publicly available data. No profiling, predictive analysis, scoring, background screening, or automated decision-making producing legal or significant effects is performed.
Individuals may request review or correction of materially inaccurate information, or submit legally required documentation (such as court-ordered expunctions or nondisclosure orders), through TexArrest’s published Record Review process. TexArrest does not remove arrest records absent a qualifying court order, regardless of case outcome. Advertising displayed on TexArrest is independent of individual arrest records and is not associated with, targeted to, or influenced by any specific person or case.
