TexArrest does not publish or guarantee case outcomes, disposition status, prosecutorial decisions, or subsequent court developments unless separately submitted through its formal review process and verified. Information is sourced from official county and law enforcement booking records as they existed at the time of collection and publication. Subsequent changes to a case — including dismissal, reduction, deferred adjudication, or other disposition — do not retroactively alter the historical booking record. TexArrest does not create, originate, alter, or independently verify criminal records. The platform organizes and presents public data in substantially the same form as released by the originating agency. TexArrest uses automated systems to collect and organize publicly available data.
